After successfully operating two ELKOMIX-60 QUICK MASTER Compact Concrete Batching Plants supplied in 2018 for a major bridge and highway construction project in northern Ghana, an international construction company has once again selected ELKON for its next project. Building on years of reliable performance and positive experience with ELKON equipment, the company has chosen an ELKOMIX-120 QUICK MASTER Compact Concrete Batching Plant for a new water treatment project in Pakistan.
The plant is equipped with four 20 m³ aggregate storage bins (approximately 120 tons total aggregate storage capacity), four 100-metric-ton (110 US ton) ELKON cement silos, and a 3.375/2.25 m³ (4.41/2.94 yd³) ELKON twin-shaft mixer. Designed to produce 100–110 m³/h (131–144 yd³/h) of vibrated concrete, this configuration will provide the production capacity, consistency, and reliability required throughout the project.
This installation also marks another important milestone for ELKON, with Pakistan becoming the 139th country where ELKON concrete batching plants are in operation.
