One of Uruguay’s leading ready-mix concrete producers has selected the ELKON Mix Master-30 on-site concrete batching plant for a project in a remote part of the country. Chosen for its fast installation, compact footprint, and high operating efficiency, the Mix Master-30 is an ideal solution for projects with limited access and challenging site conditions.
The plant features four aggregate compartments (approximately 40 tons total aggregate storage capacity), a 0.5 m³ (0.65 yd³) pan mixer, and a 50-metric-ton (55 US ton) cement silo. Its compact design, production capacity, and ease of transportation make it particularly well suited for jobsites where installation space is limited.
Thanks to ELKON’s factory pre-assembled design, the customer completed the installation using its own personnel, supported remotely by ELKON’s technical service team. This approach ensured a smooth, efficient, and reliable commissioning process, allowing the plant to be fully operational within a short period of time.
