ELKON is proud to announce the successful installation of a brand-new ELKOMIX-100 Dry Type QUICK MASTER Concrete Batching Plant in Montreal, Canada, delivered to our valued customer Béton Tech. This milestone marks another step in strengthening ELKON’s presence across North America.
Based in Montreal, Béton Tech is a dynamic company specializing in concrete supply and construction solutions. This is their first investment in a concrete batching plant, reflecting both their trust in ELKON technology and their ambition to expand their role in Quebec’s construction sector.
The newly commissioned plant has a production capacity of 100 m³/hour (130 yd³/h) of dry mix concrete. It is equipped with 4×20 m³ aggregate bins, 2×75-ton cement silos, a 75-ton fly ash silo, and an automated shuttle-type aggregate feeding system.
With its compact modular design, the ELKOMIX-100 can be installed on a flat concrete surface without the need for special foundations. This smart structure not only enables fast and cost-effective installation but also allows for easy relocation when required. Delivering efficient and reliable concrete production, the ELKOMIX-100 perfectly reflects ELKON’s next-generation approach to batching technology.
