One of the United Kingdom’s leading ready-mix and liquid screed providers has expanded its operations with the installation of an ELKOMIX-35 Quick Master Compact Concrete Batching Plant. The new plant supports the company’s growing floor screed business by delivering reliable and flexible concrete production for both domestic and commercial applications.
The company supplies liquid screed nationwide through approved installers and is capable of producing up to 150 cubic meters of material per day. To meet increasing demand, they selected the “Superior Design” award-winning Elkomix-35 Quick Master, which offers up to 30 m³/h of production capacity in a compact footprint.
Equipped with a 750/500 L planetary mixer, the plant ensures consistent quality across a wide range of mixes – from standard ready-mix concrete to low or zero slump precast and special concretes. Its small installation area requirement makes it particularly advantageous for sites with limited space.
