ELKON continues to strengthen its footprint across South America with the successful installation of a Mix Master-30 On-Site Concrete Batching Plant in Peru. The new plant allows the customer to carry out construction activities with full confidence in ELKON’s proven batching quality.
The Mix Master-30 is a mobile concrete batching plant designed for on-site production, offering a compact layout that ensures fast transport and quick installation. With a production capacity of 25–30 m³/h of vibrated concrete, it is ideal for projects requiring flexibility and efficiency.
For this Peruvian project, the plant was equipped with a bag cement feeding system and a concrete discharge belt, enabling direct transfer of concrete from the mixer to a truck mixer at a discharge height of 4 meters. These features provide maximum productivity on-site while reducing handling times.
