To further enhance production control, the customer integrated an ELKON Mix Master-30 On-Site Concrete Batching Plant into its manufacturing operation. This investment enables concrete to be produced on demand, providing greater control over quality, production scheduling, and material supply.
The ELKON Mix Master-30 combines all essential batching components on a single trailer chassis with axles and wheels. The plant includes 2 x 5 m³ aggregate storage bins, high-precision weighing systems, a fully automated control system, an electrical power panel, and a 750/500 l pan mixer. Thanks to its mobile design, the unit can be transported, positioned, and put into operation in less than one hour without requiring cranes, special foundations, or extensive site preparation.
With a production capacity of up to 30 m³/hour, the Mix Master-30 delivers the concrete quality required for prefabrication applications. Producing concrete directly at the point of use helps reduce transportation requirements, lower logistics costs, and improve production planning.
The combination of advanced prefabrication methods and mobile concrete production has enabled the customer to optimize workflows, shorten project timelines, and maintain consistent production quality.
