Already familiar with the reliability and performance of ELKON batching plants operating in the region, the company decided to further strengthen its production capacity with the ELKON Mix Master Ultra-Mobile Stabilization Plant.
This new model in ELKON’s product portfolio delivers up to 250 tons per hour and is equipped with an ELKON C200 continuous mixer, four 5 m³ aggregate bins, and a 75-ton bolted cement silo. The dosing of aggregates, cement, and water is controlled with high precision using frequency converters and proportional control valves.
Thanks to its innovative design, the plant can be installed within just a few hours. Its exceptional mobility makes it particularly advantageous for road construction projects, enabling frequent relocations, reducing material transport needs, and ensuring maximum operational efficiency.
