For easy and efficient transportation, ELKON provides a wide range of bolted type cement silos with the capacity of 50, 75, 100, 150, 300 and 500 tons
For easy and cost-effective transportation, ELKON provides cement silos as bolted type. Various capacity cement silos provide efficient and cost-effective transportation. For instance, 2 units 100 ton ELKON bolted type cement silo including all the accessories can be transported by just 1 unit normal truck (TIR) or 1 unit 40’OT container.
ELKON has been maintaining its technological investments to increase its production capacity and to reach the highest level of product quality in ELKON-3 factory which is established only for cement silo production.
In this context, the cement silo parts are prepared by applying laser cutting and drilling technologies, then all welding operations are carried out by fully automatic welding robots by using the highest advanced technology in special production molds. Cement silo parts which are produced precisely by special apparatus become ready to be shipped to any place in the world without being subjected to any damage during shipment after they pre-coated and final coated by JOTUN brand paint and packaged carefully.
1.000 units cement silo can be produced with different capacities per year in one shift thanks to the welding robots used in ELKON-3 factory.
ELKON also offers its customers the cement silo accessories such as cement maximum-minimum level indicator, cement silo filter, pressure relief valve, air shocking systems,pinch valve, level measurement systems, etc.
