Polish precast element producer is decided to renew and expand their operation with ELKOMIX-60 QUICK MASTER Compact Concrete batching plant.

ELKOMIX-60 QUICK MASTER Compact Concrete Batching Plant has 50 m³/hour production capacity with its 1500/1000 l. planetary mixer and the planetary mixer is equipped with double discharge points as per Project requirement. Also, ELKOMIX-60 QUICK MASTER Compact Concrete Batching Plant is equipped with a skip hoist system to use the area in a useful way. The customer is using one mixer discharge point for feeding ground bucket for prefabricated element production and one another for feeding truckmixer to supply readymix concrete to the Polish market.

Besides, due to the limited area aggregate bins of ELKOMIX-60 QUICK MASTER Compact Concrete Batching Plant are partially located underground to use wheelloader without a ramp.
