A Libyan company established in 2004 and specialised in the production of flour and animal feed products decided to enter the ready mix business during reconstruction of Libya. To make a successful entry into this industry, they chose the leading manufacturer of concrete batching plants and purchased Elkomix-60 Quick Master Compact Concrete Batching Plant.

Elkomix-60 Quick Master Compact Concrete Batching Plant is equipped with 1500/1000 l. twinshaft mixer and has a production capacity of 55 m³ per hour. The concrete plant is equipped with 4 x 20 m³ inline aggregate storage bins. ELKON aggregate storage bins, aggregate gates and aggregate panels are completely welded by robots, with no human intervention. The aggregate panels and many other componets are painted by industrial robots as well.
