Forest Group, an established Canadian company with over 30 years of expertise in asphalt services, has expanded into the ready-mix concrete industry, selecting Elkon Canada as their key partner for this important step. Prioritizing quality and reliability, Forest Group chose Elkon Canada to supply their first concrete batching plant.

To meet the demands of the expansive Greater Toronto Area, Forest Group opted for the ELKOMIX-180 QUICK MASTER Compact Concrete Batching Plant, which offers an impressive production capacity of 160 m³ of concrete per hour. The plant’s features, including a 6750/4500 L twin-shaft mixer, 4×30 m³ aggregate inline storage bins, and three 150-ton cement silos, perfectly align with their high-volume needs.

The plant is also equipped with a shuttle-type aggregate feeding system, remotely controlled for streamlined operation and increased efficiency.
