ELKON engineers aimed to combine the advantages of mobile concrete batching plants along with the easy transportation advantage to overseas by standard containers during designing phase of Quick Master Concrete Batching Plant series. As a consequence, shipping costs are reduced, depending on the destination.
Elkomix-120 Quick Master compact concrete batching plant, which is pre-installed and pre-wired in ELKON factories before shipment, can be commissioned up very quickly in the job sites and be ready for concrete production within only 2 days.
Both skip bucket and transfer conveyor option is available for transferring aggregate in Elkomix-120 Quick Master compact concrete batching plant and the plant can be installed on a flat surface without concrete footings for both option.
