ELKON Mobile Master-100 LION Mobile Concrete Batching Plant is equipped with 3000/2000 l. twin shaft mixer, produces 2 m³ in every batch and reaches the capacity of 90 m³/h of vibrated concrete, whereas ELKON Mobile Master-100 LION+ Mobile Concrete Batching Plant is equipped with 3750/2500 l. twin shaft mixer and reaches the production capacity of 100 m³/h of vibrated concrete.
ELKON Mobile Master-100 Lion Mobile Concrete Batching Plant is designed on a mono-block chassis on which all the components take place can be transported by towing with its axles and tires.
After realizing the growing need for mobility and flexibility day by day in the concrete and construction sector, ELKON has designed and produced the first mobile concrete batching plant in Turkey 20 years ago.Until now, from Canada to Germany, from England to South Africa, more than 700 units of ELKON mobile concrete batching plants were installed in more than 100 countries and carry on concrete production in the important projects.
The main unit of ELKON Mobile Concrete Batching Plants is designed on a mono-block chassis which is equipped with axle and tires and therefore the main unit can be transported by one truck trailer.
ELKON Mobile Master-100 LION Mobile Concrete Batching Plant is equipped with 4×22,5 m3 capacity square type aggregate bin and 3000/2000 l. or 3750/2500 l. twin shaft mixer provides to its users both high mobility and high production capacity.
On the other hand, ELKON Mobile Master-100 LION+ is equipped with higher capacity aggregate, cement and water weigh hoppers which are suitable for 3750/2500 l. twin shaft mixer.
4 different types of aggregates can be stored in the aggregates bin and the aggregate feeding system can be done either by concrete ramp or optional automated aggregate feeding system (eliminates concrete ramp requirement).
