The Mobile Master-100 LION Mobile Plant is equipped with a 3.9/2.6 yd³ (3000/2000 L) twin-shaft mixer, producing 2.6 yd³ (2 m³) per batch with up to 118 yd³/h (~90 m³/h) output. The LION+ comes with a 4.9/3.3 yd³ (3750/2500 L) twin-shaft mixer for up to 131 yd³/h (~100 m³/h) output.

Built on a monoblock chassis with axles and tires, the Mobile Master-100 LION main unit can be transported on a single truck trailer.

To meet the demand for mobility, ELKON built Turkey’s first mobile batch plant 25 years ago. Today, with 1000+ units in 100+ countries — from Canada to Germany, the USA to Australia — ELKON plants power major projects worldwide.

The Mobile Master-100 LION comes with 4×29 yd³ (~4×22.5 m³) aggregate bins and a 3.9/2.6 yd³ (3000/2000 L) or 4.9/3.3 yd³ (~3750/2500 L) twin-shaft mixer, combining high mobility with high capacity.

The LION+ includes larger aggregate, cement, and water weigh hoppers matched to the 4.9/3.3 yd³ (3750/2500 L) mixer.

Stores up to 4 aggregates. Feeding via ramp or optional automated aggregate feeding system (eliminates ramp).
