ELKON has built stationary batch plants since the 1980s. The ELKOMIX-135 comes with a 5.9/3.9 yd³ (~4500/3000 L) twin-shaft mixer. A dry batch (transit mix) option without mixer is also available.

Delivering 157–177 yd³/h (~120–135 m³/h), the ELKOMIX-135 combines ELKON’s advanced engineering with proven reliability.

The ELKOMIX-135 can include an aggregate holding hopper (transfer conveyor option) to shorten cycle times and maximize efficiency.

Aggregate bins configurable with 3–6+ compartments. Transfer via skip hoist or conveyor.

ELKON offers dry batch (transit mix) versions, or hybrid setups with both central mix and transit mix discharge lines.

Dual-mixer setups can double output or allow production of two different mix designs simultaneously.

ELKON provides site-specific design to maximize productivity and adapt to unique jobsite layouts.
