ELKON has been building stationary batch plants since the 1980s. The ELKOMIX-60, the entry model in the series, offers up to 79 yd³/h (~60 m³/h). Available with 2.0/1.3 yd³ (~1500/1000 L) pan, twin-shaft, or planetary mixers. A dry batch (transit mix) option without mixer is also available.

With up to 79 yd³/h (~60 m³/h) output, the ELKOMIX-60 combines ELKON’s advanced technology with proven durability.

ELKON stationary plants are ideal for producers needing higher volumes in permanent sites. With flexible configurations and layouts, they provide reliable, high-capacity production.

With 50+ years of expertise, ELKON designs stationary plants with modular structures — easier transport and faster setup compared to conventional stationary plants.

The ELKOMIX-60 can be equipped with an aggregate holding hopper above the mixer (transfer conveyor option) to shorten cycle times and maximize output.

Aggregate bins can be configured with 3–6+ compartments. Material transfer via skip hoist or transfer conveyor.

ELKON offers dry batch (transit mix) versions, or combined plants with both wet (central mix) and dry discharge lines for maximum flexibility.

Plants can be equipped with dual mixers for double capacity or simultaneous production of two different mixes.

ELKON engineers custom designs to maximize space use and adapt to special jobsite layouts.
